About Us

From the heart of Kigali to the world’s finest cups

YEET COFFEE began in 2021 with a simple mission: serve the perfect cup of Rwandan Arabica in a space that matched Kigali’s ambition. As we grew, we realized the way to truly transform Rwanda’s coffee narrative was to move beyond the espresso machine—back to the soil.

Today, YEET COFFEE is a fully integrated specialty coffee exporter. By managing our own washing stations and direct sourcing operations, we ensure the Yeet spirit—speed, quality, and bold innovation—shows up in every 60kg burlap bag we export.

Nyabumera

Karongi District • 1,600m • Lake Kivu influence

Fully Washed + Honey

Nyabumera’s slow, prolonged cherry maturation—driven by cool, consistent lake breezes—builds dense sugars and complex acidity. Mountain spring water, careful drying, and relentless quality control consistently deliver specialty-grade lots.

  • Volcanic foundation: mineral-rich soil and natural drainage support expressive, clean cups.
  • Quality by hand: meticulous sorting helps keep lots at 85+.
  • Equity in action: 60% of staff are women, leading the detail work that protects quality.

Kigarama

Karongi District

Kigarama

Karongi District • 1,600m • NAEB recognized

SCA 86+ Consistency

Kigarama is a crown jewel in our network—recently recognized by NAEB for producing some of Rwanda’s highest-scoring coffees. The “Lake Effect” buffers the equatorial sun, slowing maturation and refining bright, floral acidity.

  • Terroir + microclimate: volcanic soils and misty lake mornings build signature citrus-forward clarity.
  • Cup of Excellence standard: consistent quality aligned with top specialty expectations.
  • Women-led quality: women represent 65% of the workforce, leading selection and drying for 86+ lots.
